Computer Vision

The use of computer vision provides an additional opportunity to make the production process even more intelligent and thus more cost-effective. Vision systems enable robots to visually perceive their environment using a camera, thus enabling precise movement sequences for subsequent work steps. This is achieved using 2D and 3D technology.

As a vision system integrator, we work closely with camera manufacturers.

Our commissioning engineers handle program preparation and fine-tuning of your applications.

PLC technology

When developing software for automation solutions and production systems, we draw on a wide range of modular, standardized logic modules that can be easily and quickly tailored to customer requirements. This allows us to program your controllers efficiently and reliably.

We configure and visualize terminals for operator guidance, diagnostics, and display, precisely control drives, and closely integrate your machine’s safety technology into the overall control concept.

We can create PLC programs for you according to your requirements or adopt your existing program structures and commission your machine accordingly.

We are flexible in the selection of software and work with various manufacturers. Our standard software solutions are implemented with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal and Beckhoff Twin Cat.

Everything is taken care of: As part of the control system design, we create a circuit diagram, define the components used to control your systems, and create the hardware for the entire control system concept.

Our experts have extensive experience in creating circuit diagrams using EPLAN and Zuken E3.
Our circuit diagrams are characterized by a consistent structure and a high degree of detail. We are also happy to take over your libraries and work according to your standards.

We naturally take into account the currently applicable standards for mechanical engineering, machine safety, and control cabinet construction.
Each cabinet is built according to the requirements of the previously drawn plans and meticulously tested before delivery.
We also handle the cabling and connection of your machines in production for our customers or replace controllers and cabling for your machines and systems distributed worldwide.

— System design and assembly

Mechanics

We design according to your specifications or with our own components using state-of-the-art design software. We offer everything from the design phase to drawing and order list creation, all from a single source.

Is production running tight? Our experienced fitters will ensure that your machine is assembled or disassembled on schedule.

Do you need to modify an existing machine at your customer’s site? Our fitters are professionally equipped and available worldwide.

We replace guide rails on production machines, replace robots, or assemble and disassemble entire machines.
